Identity Reset - Day 1 (9/28)
Day 1 – A New Creation
Scripture: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17–18
Devotional: When you gave your life to Jesus, God did more than forgive you—He made you new. That means your old identity, shaped by mistakes, fear, or shame, is no longer who you are. You are starting fresh, with a new heart and a new purpose. And here’s the amazing part: God not only resets your life, He invites you to be part of helping others find this same new beginning. Leadership in the kingdom starts here—by living out your new identity and guiding others toward it.
Prayer: Father, thank You for giving me a fresh start through Jesus. Help me truly believe that I am made new. Show me how to live each day with confidence in who You’ve called me to be. Give me the courage to share Your love with others so they can experience this same new beginning.
Action Item: Write down one old label you’ve carried (like “failure” or “not good enough”). Cross it out and replace it with a truth from God’s Word (like “new creation,” “forgiven,” or “chosen”).
