Day 1 (Sunday 3/8):
- Read: John 1
- Meditate: John 1:33–34
- Share: What do you notice about the Holy Spirit in John 1?
- Pray: Talk to God about the confidence you feel that you’ve been chosen by Him. Ask Him to give you greater confidence in being chosen.
Day 2 (Monday 3/9):
- Read: John 2
- Meditate: John 2:16
- Share: The Bible says that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 16:9). Knowing that, what does John 2 speak to you?
- Pray: Ask God to give you greater zeal and passion for His house, your own body. Ask Him to help you love His house the way that He does.
Day 3 (Tuesday 3/10):
- Read: John 3
- Meditate: John 3:6
- Share: What areas of your life do you struggle to allow God to make new or “born again”? Why?
- Pray: Ask God to give you the faith to allow Him to make everything in your life new, including what you struggle to give to Him.
Day 4 (Wednesday 3/11):
- Read: John 4
- Meditate: John 4:13–14
- Share: The “Living Water” Jesus mentions refers to the Holy Spirit. What areas of your life are you “thirsty” right now?
- Pray: Ask God to give you a deeper understanding of the “Living Water” he wants to offer you in every area of your life, specifically where you are thirsty.
Day 5 (Thursday 3/12):
- Read: John 5
- Meditate: John 5:19–20
- Share: What spoke to you most in John 5?
- Pray: Ask God to give you greater discernment on the voice of the Holy Spirit in your life.
Day 6 (Friday 3/13):
- Read: John 6
- Meditate: John 6:63
- Share: What do you think Jesus means when he says “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing (v.63)”?
- Pray: Ask God to show you which areas of your life you are living in the flesh, and ask for His spirit to guide you in those areas.
Day 7 (Saturday 3/14):
- Read: John 7
- Meditate: John 7:37–38
- Share: What is something God’s spirit is “stirring” up in you right now?
- Pray: Ask God for a greater flow of living water to stir up In you. Ask him for a deeper filling of His Spirit.
