Day 1 (Sunday 3/15):
- Read: Mark 8
- Meditate: Mark 8:34-35
- Share: How does Mark 8:34-35 make you feel? What are your reactions to it?
- Pray: Give God your honest response to his call for you to deny yourself, then ask God for the empowerment & desire to do so.
Day 2 (Monday 3/16):
- Read: Mark 9
- Meditate: Mark 9:28-29
- Share: What have you been trying to “cast out” of your life through your own efforts instead of through prayer and fasting?
- Pray: Spend 5 minutes in worship, then begin praying over that thing you’ve identified. As you pray, speak the words that God gives you.
Day 3 (Tuesday 3/17):
- Read: Mark 10
- Meditate: Mark 10:29-30
- Share: What have you been holding onto in fear that God is going to call you to let it go?
- Pray: Ask God to give you the faith to believe in His promise from Mark 10:29-30.
Day 4 (Wednesday 3/18):
- Read: Mark 11
- Meditate: Mark 11:24
- Share: Why do you think belief is necessary for receiving from God? No such thing as a wrong answer :)
- Pray: Ask God to give you more faith in His word.
Day 5 (Thursday 3/19):
- Read: Mark 12
- Meditate: Mark 12:16-17
- Share: What does Mark 12:16-17 reveal about God’s desire for you?
- Pray: Ask God to give you a heart of submission and faith toward Him.
Day 6 (Friday 3/20):
- Read: Mark 13
- Meditate: Mark 13:31
- Share: What stands out from Mark 13?
- Pray: Ask the Holy Spirit to remind you of the Words that Jesus has spoken to your heart.
Day 7 (Saturday 3/21):
- Read: Mark 14
- Meditate: Mark 14:38
- Share: What does verse 38 mean for how you, specifically, should organize your life?
- Pray: Ask God to help you prioritize prayer over anything else.
