NEW PARTNER APPLICATION
Congratulations! If you're reading this form, that means that you've made the decision to officially join our NCA family and become a partner with us. We are excited, honored, and humbled that you've chosen to make NCA your home church.
BEFORE YOU APPLY:
Before you apply, here's a few things you'll need to make sure you've done before you can become a partner.
1. Accepted Jesus Christ as Your Personal Lord and Savior
2. Align with the Beliefs and Doctrine of NCA
3. Have Completed All 4 Modules of New Partners Class, Including the Final Assessment
If you've done all three of these things, you are eligible to become an official Partner at NCA!
If you haven't completed all 4 modules of New Partners Class and/or the final assessment, please contact Pastor Alina (aoby@ncamadison.com) to get information on how to proceed.
