What To Expect

As you step into NCA, expect a warm welcome into a vibrant community passionate about community and faith. Our services are a blend of powerful worship, uplifting messages, and meaningful fellowship. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone, regardless of their spiritual journey, can feel at home.

Our sermons are focused on bringing biblical teachings to life in practical, applicable ways, inspiring you to embody Christ's love in everyday actions. Post-service, we encourage conversations and connection, as we believe that community transformation begins with personal relationships.

No matter where you're coming from, or where you are on your spiritual journey, at NCA, you'll find a place to belong, grow, and flourish.
We look forward to welcoming you!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear ?
We're casual around here. Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You'll see jeans, dresses, business attire and everything in between.
Is the church accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Our main sanctuary is wheelchair accessible but our lower areas are not. Please contact info@ncamadison.com prior to attending so that we can have someone direct you to the correct entrance. Our ramp is located by the back door near the parking lot.
Do you have a kids ministry ?
Every 1st & 3rd Sunday, we've got your kids covered! Our NCA  Nursery team welcomes little ones (ages 2-5) and our NCA Kids Church is for grade-schoolers (ages 6-12). While you're soaking in the service, your kids are having their own adventures - making friends, exploring Bible stories, and having a blast in a secure environment.

Your child's safety is our top priority. That's why every member of our kids' team completes comprehensive Ministry Safe training and passes thorough background checks. We maintain strict safety protocols so you can worship with complete peace of mind while your kids enjoy age-perfect activities with our qualified, caring team.

You can check your child in at the Nursery window in the upper lobby (in front of sanctuary doors). Please note that the same person that checks the child in must pick them up after service ends.

Is there time for fellowship ?
Absolutely! Feel free to come early and join us for free coffee or tea and enjoy some laid-back conversations in our lobby. And when service wraps up? No rush! Many of our church family stick around to chat, build friendships, and keep the conversations going.

New to NCA? Don't worry! Our welcome team loves helping people find their place in our community. Whether you're an early bird or like to linger after service, there's always room for you to connect.
Is there parking?
Yes! We have plenty of free parking right on our property. Feel free to park in any of the open spots and inform one of our ushers if you need additional assistance.
Do you have mid-week services or Bible studies?
We believe community is crucial to the Christian walk. We don't grow in isolation but in the context of community which is why we have Life Groups for our church Partners (members) and Fellowship groups (open to everyone) that meet monthly.

We also have Discipleship Training classes every Sunday at 9am.

Will there be photography or videography?
Yes, we do have photography and videography during our services. Here's what you can expect:
  1. Photos for social media: We take photos during our services for use on our social media platforms. This helps us share our community life and potentially reach new people.
  2. Sermon recordings: We record videos of the sermons. This is typically focused on the speaker, but may include wider shots of the sanctuary.
  3. Opt-out option: We respect everyone's privacy preferences. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know when you arrive. We'll do our best to ensure you're not included in any photos or video shots.
  4. Personal devices: As in many public events, attendees may also take photos or videos on their personal devices.
Do you live stream services?
While we do not live stream services at the moment, we record all of our sermons. You can watch sermons anywhere, anytime on our website or on the NCA App
Are masks required?
While masks are not required, we respect and support anyone who wears one. We encourage you to do so if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask. We want everyone to feel safe and at ease during our services.
